Copper One buys Quebec copper and gold property from Lounor

Copper One Inc plans to acquire the Queylus copper and gold property near Chibougamau, Que in a cash and share deal valued at about USD 164,000 based on the company's latest share price.

Under terms of the deal, Copper One will also grant the vendor, Lounor Exploration Inc royalties
